Het doel is ervoor te zorgen dat AI-systemen die in de EU worden gebruikt veilig, transparant, eerlijk en betrouwbaar zijn.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De wet is niet alleen van toepassing op AI-ontwikkelaars en -leveranciers, maar ook op organisaties die AI-systemen gebruiken, zelfs als ze de technologie niet zelf hebben ontwikkeld. En deze groep groeit snel. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffaa33;color:#ffaa33\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Welke regels zijn al van toepassing?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanaf 2024 zijn de volgende vier gebieden al afdwingbaar onder de EU AI-wet: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>1. Verboden AI-systemen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bepaalde soorten AI-systemen zijn onder geen enkele omstandigheid meer toegestaan. Dit omvat AI die:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menselijk gedrag manipuleert op schadelijke manieren&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Misbruik maakt van kwetsbare groepen (zoals kinderen)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruik maakt van biometrische categorisatie of sociale score\/beoordeling&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gezichtsherkenning uitvoert in openbare ruimtes (behalve onder strikte voorwaarden)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Als uw organisatie een van deze technologie\u00ebn gebruikt of van plan is te gebruiken, is onmiddellijk actie vereist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffaa33;color:#ffaa33\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>2. Transparantieverplichtingen<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij AI-systemen die interactie hebben met gebruikers of content genereren, moeten duidelijk worden vermeld dat dit het geval is. Bijvoorbeeld:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gebruikers moeten ge\u00efnformeerd worden wanneer ze met een chatbot spreken&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synthetische audio, video of afbeeldingen (bijvoorbeeld deepfakes) moeten als zodanig worden gelabeld&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Door AI gegenereerde content mag niet misleidend zijn&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelfs algemene AI-tools kunnen aan deze eis voldoen, afhankelijk van hoe ze worden ingezet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffaa33;color:#ffaa33\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong><strong>3. Bereid je voor op de toekomst<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De EU is duidelijk: bedrijven moeten zich nu al voorbereiden op toekomstige naleving. Nieuwe verplichtingen sinds augustus 2025<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Organisaties die algemene AI-modellen ontwikkelen of gebruiken, zoals basismodellen of LLM's, krijgen nu te maken met specifieke vereisten onder de AI-verordening. Deze omvatten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technische documentatie en transparantie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Naleving van auteursrechten voor trainingsgegevens<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Risicobeoordeling en rapportage (voor modellen met een hoge impact)<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duidelijke gebruikershandleiding en gebruiksinstructies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanaf nu kunnen nationale handhavingsinstanties niet-naleving controleren en bestraffen.
