What to watch out for when using AI
Artificial Intelligence is changing how we work, create and communicate. It saves time, sparks new ideas and helps us work faster. But to use it safely and with confidence, it’s worth knowing what the risks are.

5. Keep a Human in Charge
AI can support decisions, but people must stay in control. It doesn’t understand context, empathy or accountability, only humans do. Always review results and make the final decision yourself.
6. Follow the Rules
AI laws are evolving fast, especially in Europe. Knowing the rules isn’t just about compliance, it protects your organisation’s reputation and helps you use AI in a safe, trusted way. Make sure your team knows which tools are approved and how to use them responsibly.
